I. Product Introduction

M series flowmeter has a simple and effective metering design, which consists of a frame and three rotors rotating in the meter. There is no metal-to-metal contact in flow tank , eliminate any degradation in accuracy and provide long service life. The rotor is supported by bearings inserted in two bearing discs, and at the end of each rotor shaft is A timing gear. Then the timing rotation between each rotor will be transferred from the scale adjuster to the register, which will produce consistent and high accurate measurement.

V. Maintenance

1. Remove the filter screen: When transporting thick oil products (such as crude oil), the filter screen on the valve can be removed to avoid affecting the flow rate.
2. Cylinder maintenance: In case of oil leakage at the interface, replace the seals in the piston cylinder.
3. Maintenance: Check whether the air inlet pipe is damaged from time to time, so as to avoid the valve cannot be opened normally due to air pipe problems.
4. Emergency treatment: If the valve cannot be opened by air intake under unexpected circumstances, the emergency bolt on the bottom piston cylinder can be unscrewed, and a hexagonal bolt with the same specification and a length of 10cm can be screwed into the screw opening, and then the screw can be slowly screwed in until the valve is opened.
